  3. After house hunting for months, I was so sick of seeing homes that were overloaded with stuff! I wish everyone in America could see that video! We have too much stuff and aren't living well because of it.

    Thanks for sharing!

  9. Oh my gosh...what a difference! Probably most of us can figure out how to de-clutter but moving stuff from room to room so that it looks better???!!! That's why I hired you Layla, cause I am clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff!

  12. It's funny, 'cause I looked and immediately thought it was a charming house. You just couldn't see it under all that stuff! I love those types of reveals--no money, but LOTS of change! (No pun intended.) :)

  13. Thanks for sharing this video with us! Fantastic video -- and a wonderful example -- clearing the clutter and then re-arranging and rotating your own items to create a fresh look that works better for your life NOW! Wish they had shown the rest of the house -- this would make a GREAT episode on HGTV!

  16. What a transformation! Getting rid of the clutter and junk is always the first step into making any room/home look good. Last fall when we remodeled and redecorated our home, I took advantage of the HUGE 40 foot long dumpster that was put in the driveway for all of the debris. I threw away so much junk and will never let my home be invaded with all that clutter again. It is so refreshing to be free!

  19. I truly believe in the concept of redesign. A big part of my design business is "transforming peoples homes with what they own".
    Great video.

Most piano manufacturers recommended that a piano should never be placed on an exterior wall, particulary next to a window. The hot and cold fluxuations over time can damage the inner keys and strings.
