Quote of the Day- "Home is the Wallpaper"

“Home is the wallpaper above the bed..

the family dinner table...

the church bells in the morning...

the bruised shins of the playground...

the small fears that come with dusk...

the streets and squares and monuments and shops that constitute one's universe...”

- Henry Anatole Grunwald

  4. What a nice post on a lazy Sunday. I thought maybe you were going to do a post about wallpaper. I just found an anagyliptic (?) wallpaper in beadboard I am using in my kitchen. Mostly cause I love your kitchen and my hubby WILL NOT let me paint the cabinets!

  7. That is the first wallpaper I have really liked in a long time. If I could actually hang wallpaper and not have it fall down on me, I would definitely buy that pattern!! :) I love the quote. That would be nice around our ceiling in the family room...
