How awesome!
ReplyDeleteIt totally makes me miss our home in Indiana where we moved from. We lived there for 11 years and did a ton of work on it over the years. I miss our dark floors! I'm totally living through you two right now!
Can't wait to see how this turn out!
I've never commented before, but just want to say that you guys are fun! I hope you always enjoy life together, even when doing the dusty stuff!
ReplyDeleteLove watching your work & your ideas become reality.
Thanks for taking the time & effort to share your creativity with us.
I just discovered your blog a few weeks ago, and that video was hilarious! While I'm normally a big fan of painted paneling, I think that given the small area, you should leave the ceiling stained! Of course, I don't know your house as well as you do, but I've noticed over the years that it's rare to look normally look "up" in a small foyer, but if there's contrast, your eye is drawn up there despite the small space.
ReplyDeleteCould you two be any cuter or funnier? LOL! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteThe "robot" is always a classic, Kevin!
ReplyDeleteThis video made my morning. I laughed and laughed...the music choices were perfect and you look like you're having fun! Good luck and don't work too hard this weekend!

You guys are too cute. I am SO JEALOUS of these ceilings. Our hours was built in 2003 so there's nothing new and exciting to discover about it. I can't wait to buy an old house some day!
ReplyDeleteThe boards look in such good condition, who in their right mind would cover them up??
ReplyDeleteThanks for the entertainment, it makes such a horrible job worthwhile!
