ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful space. Well, both are beautiful. I'm going to recommend the nursery as an idea for my sister in law. They're not finding out the sex of the baby beforehand, and this is a pretty neutral room. And heck, you could always add pops of color later.

Layla, I'm so glad you found Aimee. She is my sister-in-law and lives about 5 minutes from me. She is one talented chickie and I don't ever invite her over because my house looks like poo compared to hers. : ) We are always talking about Layla's latest project and I know she was so excited to be featured here. I can't wait to exit renter status so I can start doing fun things to my own place!

ReplyDeleteLOVING That nursery. My friend recently painted vertical stripes in her nursery.. I just think horizontal stripes are much more pleasing to the eye.. they are calmer... which is perfect for a baby!

ReplyDeleteLove the nursery!! I do have one question. I love the fencepost color that you used in your room. When I went home depot to get a sample they didn't have it. The guy said that behr doesn't have that color and so he looked it up and found one by sherwin williams. I got a small sample and I'm not sure that it's the right one. Do you have the formula for the color that you could maybe give? Oh ya, I would love some vinyl too!
