Bathroom Inspiration
How cool is this Bathroom?
If you've got a new home, but want to achieve an "old home" look, this photo may serve as inspiration on how to get that look in your Bathroom.
I am absolutely in love with the sliding barn-style door that leads from the bedroom into this bathroom. I will most definitely be replicating this idea on the opening to our Guest Bathroom.
The planked walls give it TONS of cottage appeal, and this too would be easy to replicate by using inexpensive beadboard panelling.
I'm also really drawn to all the open shelving and the symmetrical way they have displayed all of the items on them. The vintage camera collection is gorgeous, but could easily be switched out with a multitude of other collectibles.
Large seashells:
Wicker Baskets:
Rusty Dutch Tulip Baskets:
Galvanized Locker Baskets:
Old metal and glass Seltzer Bottles:
Vintage Kitchen Scales:
Antique Crocks:
The list goes on and on.
And now, so does my "to do" list. :-)
Layla

ReplyDeleteI love the shelves but as one who does not really like to collect "stuff" how do you fill them without just accumulating "stuff." I have some in my bathroom and just have folded white towels and some apothecary jars with bath salts but they still look empty.
