More Videos!

I added some extra footage to the bottom of yesterdays post, for those who want to learn more about the sanding pads, brushes and stain I used. Oh, and there's one of Mr. LC doing his "thang" there too. :-)

Hope you're having an incredible weekend in your neck of the woods.
Hey? Where IS "your neck of the woods"? I always wonder what city the folks reading my blog call home.

Layla :-)

  1. Hey Layla, great video. I'm sure HGTV is going to snatch you up soon!

  5. I live in Richmond, VA. I love your blog and get so excited when I see a new posting in my Google Reader. One question: I love the look of bamboo blinds and want to use them in my kitchen's breakfast table area. When measuring, should the blinds fit within the frame of the window, or be a little wider? I plan to buy the less expensive ones from Target or Home Depot. There are 8 windows to cover and I can't afford to do custom.

  6. Hey girl. Loved the vid. We just redid an old armoire that we yanked out of our neighbors basement (For Free!) and the best part was throwing the poly on and watching it come back to life. I am a painted furniture kinda gal, but I'm so glad we let this one be.

I live on the northern Oregon coast. (Area where kindergarten cop, Goonies and others were filmed) I love your work too!!! Lisa
