I love the bedroom and the way the bricked in fireplace makes a PERFECT headboard! Also the contrast between the white and the warm color of the brick...so pretty!

The bathroom.
I love the tub, it looks so cozy. The whole space was utilized well. The rustic charm speaks to me.

So many of these are *favorite* images of mine: the HGTV green living room, the dramatic dining room, the wonderful country porch, but my favorite is the first bedroom. The combination of the exposed brick, chandelier, white linens and iron bed is just magical.

I couldn't pick a favorite. I love the exterior of the house and the deck because they seem so vintage and yet modern. So warm and inviting. I love the kitchen and dining room because of it's simplicity and undeniable style. I really love the brick behind the bed in the one room - it screams urban farmhouse (a style quickly becoming a favorite). I could go on and on, but I won't. LOL. I'm having a tough time deciding on things lately. I'm still trying to pick bedding and trim colors. Will it ever end? Will the answers ever become clear?

I love the first pic of the exterior.
and the narrow dining room and kitchen. Love the dark color on the walls, the light drapes and the hardwood. I also love how they made two narrow rooms work. And believe me I struggel with this. Almost all of my rooms are narrow. Love the window in the kitchen, and of course the white.
I also like the bedroom with the light blue walls. How airy and open the room is, really everything about it.
the barn is pretty cute too.

I love the exterior photo. And the lighting and space picture. The bedroom was great, too!! All of them!

I love the living room and view....small, cozy and a view to die for. I prefer small over large, and this space looks perfect.

It's a tie between the barn (for all the extra room it would give me) and the bathroom. That tub has my name written all over it! It looks so inviting.

I love the exterior house because cedar shingles and bungalow style is totally what I want - preferably 1940s. And, love the bedroom with the exposed brick wall with the lovely bedding and chandelier - again my thing. Really love the pantry door because I have a thing for arched doors and would love nothing more than a red arched solid wood front door. Let's see...oh, and I love the bathroom with the old tub and diamond pattern floor (reminds me of the bathroom that Kate Winslet has in her little cottage in that movie with her and Cameron Diaz and Jack Black and Jude Law - can't think of the name). Loved that little place in the movie. I want a room that makes me give a sigh of relaxation and relief from the outside world.

my fav is the pic you chose for lighting and space. It screams of the house from the movie 'as good as it gets' - i think that's the name of the movie - with jack nicholson?? anyway - traditional/cottage, that's me.

I love that they used a rounded top screen door on the pantry even though the door frame isnt round. I dont think I would have thought of it!

Wow, all the rooms are gorgeous and the exterior is to die for!! I love the bedroom with the sun shining in but my fave would be the bed/bath combo. What a place to treat your guests too!!

The brick bedroom wall is saying, "stay here all day and just read, watch movies, eat...!" Thats my fav.

I love the bedroom! The brick wall and the chandelier are beautiful! Though...I really love that barn too! I want to see inside!

Oh the barn for sure , I have always wanted a barn , never could have dreamed one up that good , and the entry and the exterior one of my fave styles .

Just one? Who does that? I guess the "lighting" one with the beautiful staircase. The trimwork and the combination of the dark with the light is right up my ally. I hope to someday have that kind of moulding and trim in my house, so it caught my eye right away! I wouldn't say "no" to any of these spaces, though!

I love the bedroom with the brick wall, and I also love the bathroom with the vintage zinc tub.

First time commenting on here...love your blog! I feel inspired once again...definitely the brick wall in the bedroom is my favorite. I have a sunroom added on to my house so one wall is brick, and I never thought about having it look like that! New project to add to the list! Now, if someone could just show me how to use paint to pretty it all up like that.

I love the whole design could not pick a favorite, I have viewed it many times. Thanks for such a great post!!!!!!!!

The brick bedroom is to die for. And the porch... and the barn... and the blue bedroom...

I love the bedroom with the brick wall and beautiful chandelier. Its feminine without going overboard. The brick keeps it grounded.

When can I move in?! Love the whole thing! The porch is what gets me the most. Gotta have a porch!

Too hard to choose...although I really love the bedroom with the exposed brick, and the bath with the exposed stone (hmmm...I see a trend.)

That barn is my favorite! I'm from South Jersey originally and my family lives in the Pine Barrens not far from cranberry bogs and blueberry farms, so I dream of the day that we can move back to Jersey, buy an old farmhouse with a barn and fix them up.

My husband's Grandmother lives in an apartment in an old barn that was renovated into a small apartment building and when I brought my Grandmom with me to pick up my husband's Grandmother for a family get-together, she loved it! I'd really love it if we could find an old farmhouse with a barn out back that we could fix up and move my Grandmom into so that she can have her own 'barn apartment.'

How can one possibly choose a favorite?
The bedroom with the brick just kills me, but I also love every other space here. Who is the lucky owner of this spectacular place?

if i had the bedroom with the exposed brick wall - i'd never leave bed.

First of all, is this all from one house?!

Secondly, my favs rank in this order:

1. porch
2. barn
3. bedroom (brick)

It's my dream to have a litte barn like that as studio space. It would be simply incredible.

I love the prch b/c of the long table, where TONS of family and frieneds could gather for tea, pie, whatever

And the bedroom, exposed brick. Need I say more.

The screened in pantry! I so want to do something like that one day! Love the brick wall in the bedroom too though. I'll take both. Thank you.

Well Dayum, girl...you REALLY want us to pick ONE?!

Instant pick is that barn...slurpiliscious.

But that dining room/kitchen pick is a grabber, 'cause those chairs look so "hang around and talk" sumptuous.

And the foyer and stairs look so homey.
And.....ok. I'll stop.

I like the bedroom best. I love the soft frilliness of the bedding and style of the bed against the rough, strong solid wall of brick. kind of the opposites attract theory. It just looks inviting like that to me.

Okay I had to look twice! I would have to say the pantry not just because of the door but I love looking at all the pretty jars, it's that feeling you know!
Thanks for sharing,

The bedroom! I have dreamt for so long that one day I will live in a renovated warehouse.

I can't resist picking a second favorite. The porch. That is the perfect table for bringing family & friends together.

I Love the barn! It represents a era past when they used to build things of a perfect scale to last forever. When beauty didn't have to be compromised by the length of vinyl siding that is available. It is one of those images that lowers my blood pressure just to look at it (and imagine the lake it sits near). I love transformation and it inspires me to think of what I would do with the inside that I imagine would be open planking and beadboard ceilings painted white. I'd have to put a fire place in somewhere...(here I go...)

What beautiful pictures! I love the rounded pantry door, and the house exterior is one of my very favorite styles...all so very pretty.
