Kitchen, Dining & Blogs of Note!

I am SO excited about my mention on "Blogs Of Note" today!!! How cool!

I am painting the Kitchen, adding more beadboard, and painting the Dining Room today and tomorrow...stay tuned for a video of the process tomorrow or the next day.

Remember what my Kitchen & Dining Rooms looked like BEFORE?

And here they are as of a couple of months ago:

Well, they look A LOT different right now! I can't wait to show you.

Can you guess which two colors I'm using? And which color, in which room?
First one to guess correctly wins one of my Written Consultations!

Happy New Year!
Layla

Hey, girl! So happy you made your announcement & I can't wait to hear more. I really HOPE they pick you to come out to Hollywood. You are perfect for that show, they just need to see it!

I'm not even gonna guess on your colors, but I bet green is in there somewhere!

So, you could still go to Blissdom cause it's early Feb.! Pretty please, go!

I think you're staying with neutrals, leaving the cabs black and using tones of taupe or gray.

Orange and Chocolate brown?
These are the colors my sister used recently and they are beautiful. Could I be right?

Your Mom's beautiful robin's egg blue in the kitchen, and maybe the apple green of the back door in the pantry for the dining room? I hope I'm right. I sure could use a design consultation!

I'd guess the colour to be a perfect peach and rose. Unfinished brick in one corner. Love the room settings. Modern, up-to-date but still convey Americana.

I'm guessing that you are going with blues and greens...?

I know I'm obsessed with blues right now so I have it on my mind :)

I'm glad you were chosen for Blogs of Note, otherwise I would have never found this wonderful blog. Congrats!! I would guess you are going to use a type of slate gray in the kitchen and a green in the dining room.

I now even dont have a kitchen.
alas! i never use it.
but looks like a great idea, but you have to shell out extra bucks for getting so many things there.

Seriously though. If I paid you double or even triple, would you redo my kitchen while wearing lingerie?

Just curious.
