I've enjoyed following your blog for the past year and watching your success grow with each month. You are very inspiring to me. I am so excited about all of your changes and can't wait to see what's in store. When I get to my computer each morning your blog is the first thing I check out. I hope you do get to compete on the design star one day.
Have fun at the sale and I look forward to seeing what you and the girls find.
I remember how much fun I use to have when I use to get up super early and attack great garage sales/flee markets with friends. Too fun. We laughed more than we shopped. Actually we ate a lot too. Enjoy and get lots of goodies to turn into treasures. Geri.
Have FUN! Wish I could be there. p.s. the last time I was up at 5 a.m. was last week, to go horseback riding with my family, before the hot temps of the day set in! :)
Hi Layla, Cannot wait to see the "treasures" that you bring home. How exciting that you are getting to meet some bloggin friends as well. Have lots of fun which is a given considering what you are doing and who you are doing it with! Pat
I love your blog...and was reading older posts when I came across your idea for doing mis-matched plates above your headboard bench. Yesterday on the blogsite "Cote de Texas" a beautiful home was featured that has that very design idea carried out in the kitchen...check it out! I know you will put your own signature stamp on it...both of you ladies (featured homeowner and you) have the same fresh take on classic meets current day!! Mary Frances
