Wow! I'm so excited to be a part (a tiny little part) of the screened inn cottage. My daughter kept asking me if I won cause she helped me with some of the names. I was happy to tell her we named one of the bedrooms, its a great honor. I can't wait to see what it looks like. Thanks soooo much for this opportunity!

Woo Hoo to the winners! Thanks for sharing those - would love to know what their prize package from Diane is! And, oh, BTW, I'm just delighted that you and Kevin liked one of my suggestions - Sunny Side Up - for the yellow bedroom! Not sure if I was the only one to suggest that, but glad to have the props just the same! (Have to confess, I liked and voted for Lemonade Mermaid, too.)

Wow, 3 of my names made it on to the list you and Mr. LC like!

My dream is to one day have a beach cottage on Cape Cod, and when I do, guess who I'm calling on to renovate/decorate? ツ

Dear Layla and Kevin,

Just now discovering your really fabulouso blog! As a child of that region I will always have a tug in my heart for the vernacular cottages of the coastal south (hey, Prattville is kind of close to the coast!)...bravo for fabulous images, writing, progress on your work!

So happy to meet you two!

Yes! I'm so happy you liked one of my names--Sunny Side Up. I feel like I won something. Have fun fixing up the place. I'm having a great time peeking in from time to time.

Wow. I am so in love with The Screened Inn. You did a fabulous job. I have posted about it on my blog. I used some of your photos and linked back to your site and blog throughout. I can't wait for my friends who share a love of vintage to see it. Thanks so much for sharing and I can't wait to see more.
