My husband and I own a couple of used bookstores and we're getting ready to open a third one this Saturday. Yesterday I was pricing, sorting, and shelving Christian books and spotted one of Lysa TerKeurst's books and thought of you! I loved the guest post you did on her blog a couple days ago. When I saw her book, it just reminded me to be thankful for all we have and NOT be bummed out because my eyes were crossing due to all the alphabetizing and my hand was aching because of all the price gun mashing! Thanks for the inspirational "boost"!

Thanks for the great ideas! My mind will be going all night about which room to use them in! I appriciate your consideration of a "tiny budget". Some decorators say the work on a small budget, but suggest a $300. chair! That's not small to me!

Lots of wonderful ideas, and I had completely forgotten about those old rattan chargers. My mother had a bunch of them and what a great idea to use them to hold candles and seashells!

I wanted burlap roman shades and our daughter and son in-law had them made for us for Christmas, what a wonderful look they are.
